Carol and I decided to take advantage of a beautiful fall day by going on a bike ride in our river bosque
These are cottonwood trees and as you can see, they turn a pleasant golden color in the fall
Carol and I believe in wearing helmets
The top of the levee bank was flat and firm for easy riding along the irrigation canal
There were also bike trails among the trees for a shady ride
A woman and her dog were playing at the river's edge
