It is February and work stops for winter at an inappropriate stage of construction.
Building inspector determines that the header over the garage door does not meet code and must be replaced with a manufactured laminated wood header. We wait for this to be made and installed. |
Garage door has been mounted and flagstone has been delivered. Still waiting for the return of the building inspector before stucco can be applied. |
